Welcome to Vilnius

Over 700 years ago, Grand Duke of Lithuania Gediminas invited craftsmen and tradesmen to his new capital, Vilnius, the royal city and the capital of Lithuania. We invite you to stroll through the cobblestone streets and historic churches of the old town, immersing yourself in the stories of the past. Vilnius has evolved over time, witnessing not only its royal heritage but also the Cold War era and the embrace of modernity.
Join us on an excursion to explore the charm of the old town, the echoes of the Cold War, or the vibrant modern city life.
